OLIVER, the new sofa bed with a high back by Milano Bedding, designed by Alessandro Elli, presents clean and distinctive lines. The trapezoidal backrest creates a unique decoration and supports the backrest. When converted into a bed, it becomes a beautiful headboard; the backrest design takes up the shape of the armrests. The feet are covered with the same fabric as the sofa cover. OLIVER has been designed to convert, with a simple movement, into a real bed: the electro-welded bed base or the wooden slatted bed base and the 16/18 cm mattress are the other characteristics of a regenerating rest. The cover is entirely removable and washable based on the selected fabric. OLIVER is also available in the fixed version and can be completely disassembled for easy transport.

- Mechanism (sofabed): High-resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Orthopedic bed with quality continental weld mesh fixed to the frame with springs. Comfortable seating made with webbing. Opening and closing operations with one single movement.
- Structure (sofa): solid fir and particle wood. Seat made with webbing—front panel in expanded polyurethane foam 30 kg/m3. Cover with inner liner combined with 200 g/m2 PL fibre; 2,5 mm. inner liner and 10 mm. foam combined with inner liner.
- Mattress standard (sofabed only): Interior "Bonnel" springing made of a 2,20 mm. hardened steel; expanded polyurethane foam 30 Kg/m3; 100% CO ecru fabric quilted with extra soft expanded polyurethane foam 18 Kg/m3 + 100% PL 200 g/m2 and non-woven, 100% cotton fabric band.
- Frame: Back: high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted. Armrests: solid fir, multilayer fir, particle wood and hardboard; wedges in solid varnished beech wood. Headboard: solid fir, particle wood and multilayer fir. Front panel (nonbearing) in particle wood.
