Charles is an armchair with a bed option and a Lampolet mechanism, inspired by the shape of the egg, a symbol of perfection and an example of lightness. The result is an elegant, comfortable and delicate model, where curved and straight lines coexist harmoniously. By simply turning the back, without removing any of the cushions, Charles turns into a conventional bed with wooden slats and a 200 cm mattress. The removable cover is washable according to the chosen fabric.

- Cover: Charles is available in fabric, faux leather and leather in all the colours displayed on the Milano Bedding samples page, and its surface can be removed and washed according to the specifics of every material.
- Structure: Solid fir and particle wood. Seat made with webbing. Cover made with 10 mm. foam combined with an inner liner and 100% cotton canvas.
- Frame: Solid fir and poplar plywood. Back in high resistance steel tube epoxy baked painted.
- Legs: Polished aluminum.
- Padding: Seat: expanded polyurethane foam 35 kg/m3; needle-punched thermo-fixed fibre 280 g/m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted inner liner. Back: expanded polyurethane foam 21 Kg/m3; needle-punched thermo-fixed fibre 380 gr./m2 and 2,5 mm. quilted inner liner. Frame: expanded polyurethane foam, 40 Kg/m3; resinated polyester fibre 200 gr./m2 combined with inner liner.
